Collection of Pupils
Early Years and Foundation Phase
When your child starts school, you will be asked to complete a form naming the adults nominated to collect your child. If there is a permanent change or “one off” alteration, the class teacher must be informed. Late arrivals must be brought to reception.
Key Stage two
Year three and four pupils must gather at the yard at the beginning of the day, where staff will escort them to their classroom. It is expected that at the end of the school day, parents of year three children, will meet them at the year three entrance. All other pupils are to be collected as determined by parents.
Any child under the age of 8 must be collected by a person over the age of 16
For the personal safety of all children, all visitors (including parents) are asked to report to the main office to sign in and if they are going to another part of the school, they must wear a visitors badge.
Parents are kindly asked to park as safely possible outside of the school grounds. The Road outside of the school is a potentially dangerous place and care needs to be taken to ensure safety. Please DO NOT PARK you car on the yellow lines.
Please note: Parents Cars should not be driven within school grounds at any time.
